We accept Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately we can't accept PayPal, Amex or AfterPay.
Our checkout uses a fully encrypted, secure cart — we never have access to your card details.
Browse, Add to Cart, then head to checkout, enter your details and choose your shipping. Please double-check your shipping and billing addresses before you complete your purchase.
You'll get an order confirmation within minutes — check it straight away, as we pack and ship fast (often same day). If it's already on its way, items can be returned at your own expense, in original new condition, for exchange or refund.
You can order as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it makes for a faster, seamless experience next time you shop.
A full tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of your order (Mon–Fri), with a link to follow its progress online. Overseas tracking isn't always available.
Yes — a signature is required. It helps us resolve any potential lost-parcel claim with Australia Post quickly.
A card is left for collection. We're happy to follow any delivery instructions you give us, though leaving a parcel at the door is at your own risk (and not recommended for units or complexes). We never leave ear-candle parcels unattended — heat can damage them.
