Free Shipping (Parcel Post Only) for all orders $49 and over. 
$15 for orders up to $48.99, within Australia.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Australia eParcel Post at all times within Australia.

Delivery time 5-10 working days from Perth W.A.
Orders shipped same day wherever possible.

Express post is available for $15 flat fee for all orders up to $200.
Higher order value calculated at check out.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal, Amex or AfterPay.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. Our site uses a fully encrypted secure payment shopping cart. We never have access to your credit card information.


Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply browse the products you wish to purchase and ‘Add to Cart’. When finished proceed to check out and enter your personal details and payment information.

Make sure your shipping an billing addresses are correct.

Elect which shipping method you prefer. Complete purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

When you place your order you will receive confirmation within a few minutes of the goods you paid for. It is essential that you check all details immediately as we pack and send orders fast, mostly the same day. If your order has already been sent then goods must be returned at your own expense for exchange or refund, all in their original new condition.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you can simply order as a ‘Guest Only’. Signing up for membership does bring valued benefits and makes for a faster seamless ordering experience when you return in the future.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a full tracking number, sent by email within 24hrs of your order, Mon-Fri.

You will be able to track progress online through a link provided to you.

Overseas tracking may not be possible at all times.

Which Delivery Service Do you use?

We use Australia Post - Parcel post and Express post is optional for an additional fee.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Parcel post can take 5-10 working days dependent on your location. We are based in Perth, WA. Please take this into consideration when awaiting your order.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No, but should you not be home at the time a card will be left for collection purposes.

We are quite happy to complete any instructions that you notify us of, however leaving parcels by the ‘front door’ is at your own risk. If you live in a unit or complex with highly recommend not to make such requests.

We do not leave such notes for any ear candle parcels - with extreme heat your goods can be damaged easily.

Will you require a signature on arrival?

Yes. If a parcel goes missing any potential claim made to Australia Post will require sight of signature or non-signature.

If there is no signature and the parcel is lost this allows us to pursue the lost item easier.
