Essenzza Health delivers within Australia and Worldwide. 

We use Australian Parcel Post for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your parcel within 4-10 working days of receiving your order.

A flat rate of $9.50 for postage and handling applies per order up to $100 within Australia.
(Australia Post increased their fees on 5th November 2012 and so we have been forced to implement a small increase.

Delivery is FREE for all Australan orders valued at $100.00 or more based on normal "parcel post" delivery, express see below.

Express postage is available at a rate of $15 per parcel for all orders up to $100, or $25 per parcel for all orders over $100.

Express post takes approximately 2-3 working days from the time of dispatch anywhere within Australia with the exception of country addresses where Australia Post do not make such guarantees. Usually an extra 1-2 days for country addresses.

Please select from the drop down menu at checkout your desired postal method. The appropriate charge will then be calculated and can be checked before completing payment.

Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated by you between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

A signature may be required on receipt of your parcel. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion. Or if no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that it can be collected from the nearest post office.

All overseas orders up to the value of $200 incur a $25 charge, orders over $200 incur a $35 charge based on International Air Mail. Delivery approx 7-10 working days.

UPON COMPLETING PAYMENT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT WITHIN A FEW MINUTES - A FURTHER EMAIL WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 24 Hrs WHEN YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN SENT TOGETHER WITH TRACKING NUMBER.
