Delivery & Shipping
Essenzza Health delivers within Australia and Worldwide.
We use Australian Parcel Post for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your parcel within 10 working days of receiving your order.
A flat rate of $6.60 for postage and handling applies per order up to $100 within Australia or $10 outside of Australia.
Delivery is FREE for orders valued at $100.00 and over anywhere Wordlwide.
Express postage is available for an additional $15 per parcel. Express post takes approximately 2-3 working days from the time of despatch anywhere within Australia with the exception of country addresses where Australia Post do not make such guarantees. Usually an extra 1-2 days for country addresses.
Delivery will be to the delivery address nominated by you between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
A signature may be required on receipt of your parcel. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion. Or if no one is at home to receive your parcel, a card will be left advising that it can be collected from the nearest post office.
